Frozen storage to hot-meal pickup

One cabinet for frozen inventory, automated transfer and microwave heating

The SVM1300 reference configuration stores compatible packaged meals in a temperature-controlled frozen compartment. After payment, the XY-axis system retrieves the selected pack, transfers it to the microwave module and completes the configured heating cycle before pickup.

88 meal lanes

A 22-level × 4-lane layout provides 88 fixed meal positions for compatible packaged meals.

Frozen inventory

The 1145 L compartment operates from -18 °C to 0 °C, with -18 °C listed as the default setpoint.

XY-axis retrieval

An automated gripper retrieves the selected pack and transfers it through the defined delivery path.

Integrated microwave heating

The manual lists a 2–4 minute product-matched heating cycle, subject to the approved meal pack and recipe.

Cutlery dispensing

Two dedicated lanes hold up to 32 approved cutlery sets each, for a listed total of 64 sets.

Connected operations

The listed SaaS functions cover product, inventory, order and device-status management; final service scope is project-specific.

Deployment planning

Confirm the frozen supply chain, site utilities and daily operating routine

The deployment plan should define frozen transport and replenishment, approved meal packaging, heating settings, cleaning records, operator training, electrical capacity, ventilation clearances and destination-market food-service obligations. The manual-listed storage and heating values are configuration references, not shelf-life, nutrition, food-safety or regulatory-approval claims.
