The 2025 VC2 reference configuration combines whole-fruit storage, automated preparation, cup handling and a customer-facing control area. Final fruit specifications, recipe, cup format, payment devices and local food-service scope are set for the destination market.
Whole-fruit storage
The listed reference configuration stores 50-60 kg of fruit, approximately 250-280 apples depending on fruit size.
On-demand preparation
The cabinet is designed to prepare apple juice after customer selection, with the final process and recipe confirmed for each project.
Cup service
The source lists an 80-100 cup full-load reference capacity; cup size and sealing or lid workflow require final confirmation.
Customer interface
A 15.6-inch vertical display supports the ordering flow and project-specific menu presentation.
Payment configuration
